Campsite has water supplied by a well. For each 50 amp RV hook ups will be provided. $250 utilities charge per RV per year. No lodging available.
2 wt bucks 2 wt doe 2 Gobblers 1 male 1 female exotic per spot. Families may share harvest. Mature Whitetail Bucks average 120-130 in this area with occasionally a 140-150 taken.
This is an all seasons lease with access in the off seasons to fill feeders etc.
September to September Lease. 50% down balance due by September 1. $20k per year. 5 members max.
