We have several ranches from 1000 acres to 2500 acres located between Brady, Junction and Menard, Texas that are looking for mature, game management minded individuals to join their group. Camp have electricity and water available. Some of the ranches have stands and feeders already in place, while others will need you to provide your own.
Annual Membership is from March to March and allows for member and immediate family to harvest 1 Quality Buck 1 Cull/Management buck and 2 Whitetail Does. 2 Gobblers, Unlimited Hogs and varmints. Exotics per landowner allowance determined each October 1st.
Payment is at least 50% down with signed lease agreement and the Balance due by March 1st 2018.
Upon receiving your deposit and signed contract, you will have up to 60 days to come And see the property. And upon your initial review, you will have the option to join the ranch, or receive your money back in full. Again, we are looking for family friendly mature game management minded members.
