Thank you for your interest in our Newly forming Family focused Hunting Club available this July. Here are the details. 

• Property is 3300 acres located on HWY 190 between Brady and Menard Texas. 
• The property will provide 10 community low fenced hunting areas averaging 300 acres each. The property provides at least one 4 person ground gun stand with 600lb feeder and one bow stand with 600lb feeder in each area. 
• One 400 acre High Fenced area with 2 four person ground stands and one bow stand stocked with exotics (axis, Blackbuck etc) 
• All feed is provided to the 22 feeders by the ranch. 
• 8 individual 14 x 20 cabins with each having 3 bunk beds, Private Bathroom with shower and covered kitchenette will be available for free on a reservation basis for our members. 
• 4 RV Spots will be available with 50 amp service by reservation. 
• Other property amenities include: walk in cooler, covered and lighted skinning area, ice machine and gun range. 
• This  MLD3 Managed property will target 5 1/2 year old or older bucks. It has abundant whitetail, turkey, pigs and predators. Some free range and high fenced exotics as well. 

We are hopeful to attract like minded family friendly hunters that are tired of looking for a hunting lease and or moving every couple of years and want an environment that’s welcoming for wives and daughters. 

Our memberships are great for Grandparents wanting a place to hunt without the hassle. 

Our property has an property manager that can assist with almost everything. 

Our Full Family Membership with shared harvest is $4000 per year and includes:

• 2 whitetail Bucks (one quality and/ or one management or cull)
• 2 whitetail does
• One male exotic
• One female exotic 
• Unlimited Pigs and predators 
• Dove and quail 
• 2 Gobblers 
• 8 Three day - Two night trips to the ranch per year with lodging. (Additional 3 day-2 night trips may be purchased for just $250 per trip) 

Our 3/4 Family Membership with shared harvest is $3500 and includes: 

• 6 Three day - Two night trips to the ranch per year with lodging. (Additional 3 day-2 night trips may be purchased for just $250 per trip)
• 2 whitetail Bucks (one quality and/ or one management or cull)
• 2 whitetail does
• One male exotic
• One female exotic 
• Unlimited Pigs and predators

Our 1/2 Family Membership with shared harvest is $2500 and includes: 

• 4 Three day - Two night trips to the ranch per year with lodging. (Additional 3 day-2 night trips may be purchased for just $250 per trip)
